The Daily Notable (Web Desk) Pakistan beat New Zealand by six wickets in the second Twenty20 int’l in Dubai on Friday to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
New Zealand scored 153-7 with Corey Anderson (44 not out) and Colin Munro (44) after winning the toss and decided to bat first.
Pakistan successfully chased the asked target for the loss of four wickets in 19.4 overs with Mohammad Hafeez (34 not out) hitting the triumphant shot. Babar Azam scored 40 and Asif Ali made 38.
With this victory, Pakistan team successfully won eleventh series win in progression.
Pakistan won the first match by two runs in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday. The third and final match is in Dubai on Sunday.
