Muzaffargarh: A successful campaign against the drug peddlers is going on the directives of DPO Muzaffargarh Syed Nadeem Abbas. According to the details, Station House Officer (SHO) Police Station Khangarh, Inspector Chaudhry Javed Akthar along with his police team, acting on a tip-off , arrested two persons and recovered charas from them. In a successful operation, the SHO Police Station Khangarh Inspector Chaudhry Javed Akthar arrested Bilal s/o Janu and recovered 1100 grams of charas from his possession. In another successful operation, SHO Inspector Chaudhry Javed Akthar arrested Muhammad Ajmal s/o Sajid Hussain and seized 1260 grams of charas from his possession. The cases have been registered against the drug dealers in the police station Khangarh.
On the occasion, SHO Inspector Chaudhry Javed Akhtar said that as per instructions of DPO Muzaffargarh Syed Nadeem Abbas, the proceedings against drug dealers will be continued and there will be no concession.
Meanwhile, DPO Muzaffargarh Syed Nadeem Abbas congratulated over the successful operations of Khangarh police and expressed hope that they will continue with their operations throughout the district against drug peddlers.
