According to the sources, a huge, mega commercial building at Kashmir victory opposite to Diyal Singh mansion, Mall road, Lahore is under construction. As per rules and regulations of the building, moreover, no one is allowed to place a single stone at mall road without the approval of Chief Secretary, Punjab Committee.

Then how did this plaza came into existence? Did ghosts come and built this plaza (as a miracle)? To the surprise no-one noticed this construction till yet.
On investigation, after burning midnight oil it found that Chief Corporation Officer CCO Metropolitan Corporation Lahore, Ali Abbas Bukhari; moreover, Building Inspectors, Bilal and Naeem Akhtar involved in this huge corruption.

Due to their honest, kind and sincere attitude, government faced loss of millions. For their own short-term benefit they risked higher amounts of national treasure. Blind in the lust of money they didn’t think of any other authority and relentlessly invested in this project.
DG Anti Corruption And Chief Secretary Punjab
Director General (DG) Anti corruption, Gohar Nafees; Chief Secretary, Jawwad Rafique; and other high officials look into the matter. Furthermore, the corrupted officers should sentence as per rules and regulations. Strict action should take so that no-one ever dare to brush off the rules.
