An another commercial illegal construction, huge hall of Franchise, is on the way at Samba bank basement. Surprisingly, this massive hall is under construction with the collaboration of building management of Data Gunj Baksh zone and Metropolitan corporation.

According to the sources, Building Inspector Bilal with the collaboration of its associates and some senior officials is busy establishing illicit projects. The point is that it is highly security alert area. Many main buildings are located in this area at small distances. Like, State Bank Of Pakistan and High Court buildings, FIA office, even many Judges and other officials also there but no one noticed.

When our team member contacted with building Inspector Bilal he said, I have paid (bribed) everyone and no one can do anything against me as I am the power. He further said, all highly officials are in my pocket. And I have made happy every single officer. You have to think about yourself.

The other very main point is that Building Inspector, Bilal has contributed in the illegal construction of more than 200 illegal shops near Samba Bank. Whereas, FIR filed against him. At that time Asim Saleem was Assistant Commissioner whereas Muzamil Ishtiaq was town planning officer. But unfortunately no necessary action has taken yet because he has contacts.
