She is from a family of scholars. She all examinations from matric to PhD with distinction. She is the daughter of Brig.(R)Saadullah Khan (Sitara-i-Jurrat) whose whole professional career is a glowing example of dedication, devotion, uprightness and bravery.
She carried on the same legacy though on a different field. In her more than three-decades-long professional careers, she transformed the lives of many students, her ever searching soul and matchless academic talent, hard work and courage to know always help her find new horizons.

She always believes that not failure but low aim is a crime. She inspires her students and colleagues to dream high and strive for the best. She accomplished many tasks on a self-help basis. In the cause of women empowerment, she established Noor-i-Karwan for visually impaired students, properly trained her to learn living and digital skills and provided them with free boarding and education.
She introduced blind archery for visually impaired students which is recognized all over the world. She has been an excellent administrator whose untiring efforts and broad vision materialized the dream of many to turn our prestigious institution into a university. And when she decided to leave the stage at the peak of her career she left a whole world wondering and sad but all prayers for her well-being and future success. – PUNA
