Government of Punjab Appointed Razi Ahmed as Chairmen Alhamra

According to the sources of Daily Notable, The Government of Punjab appointed the Founding Director and CEO of the Lahore Literary Festival, Razi Ahmed, as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of Lahore Arts Council Alhamra.
Other non-official eleven members of the Board of Governors of Alhamra are Associate Professor Dr. Naila Aamir from the College of Art and Design, Punjab University; Salima Hashmi, the former Principal, National College of Art, Qudsia Rahim from Lahore Banale Foundation; Imran Qureshi, Samra Abbas, Nazish. Atta Allah, Ayesha Jatoi Sehgal, Raza Ali Dada, Muhammad Ali Baloch, former Executive Director of Lahore Arts Council Alhamra, Shahid Mahmood Nadeem from Ajoka Theater and Mian Nauman Kabir, President of LCCI, Lahore, while six official members include Secretary Information and Culture.
Secretary Finance, Deputy Commissioner Lahore, General Manager Pakistan Television, Principal College of Art and Design, University of Punjab, and Executive Director Lahore Arts Council Alhamra.
Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi congratulated all the members of the Board of Governors, including Chairman BOG Razi Ahmed. Zulfi said that Razi Ahmed’s services in literature and culture are exemplary, and his appointment as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of Alhmra is gratifying. – PUNA
