Dr Attaulwadood in the Presidential Elections’22 (opinion) of The Cosmopolitan Club

Everyday we see tremendous changes taking place at global level. The only constant in the world is change. I have recently observed such an unbelievable tranisition in the politics of The Cosmopolitan Club, Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore.

A huge turn in the politics of the club. Tabassum Hussain Gillani, one of the founders of The Cosmo Group, was standing in the presidential elections’22 has withdrawn from his seat in the favor of Syed Zawar Hussain Shah, the member of Cosmo Group, in the presence of core committee of Cosmo Group along with other club members.

In a statement Tabassum Hussain Gillani said that he had some misunderstanding against the group, which has been cleared, therfore, he withdraw his position in the elections in the best interest of club and club members. He also extended his efforts in the favour of Syed Zawar Hussain Shah, nominee for the presidential election’22 of the club.

This is such a historic turn in the elections of The Cosmopolitan Club. It is a very pleasant decision by Tabassum Hussain Gillani. It will prove very healthy in the club politics, as well as, in the favour of club and club members. I extend my heartiest wishes to both Syed Zawar Hussain Shah and Tabassum Hussain Gillani. I see this handshake as a very phenomenal act by both members.

Whereas, in my opinion this union will bring a positive impact overall. However, Syed Zawar Hussain Shah possesses all the leadership qualities which a must have for the President of a club. Wishing him splendid success for these elections and all the milestones that he has to achieve yet.
