According to the sources of Daily Notable, Executive Director Lahore Arts Council Nazia Jabeen met Alhamra employees on Friday at Alhamra Arts Center, the Mall.
Qasid, Naib Qasid, Guards, Financial, and other departments working in Alhamra discussed their issues during the meeting.
Executive Director Alhamra Nazia Jabeen listened to all their issues and problems. She assured them to solve them on a priority basis and said that the purpose of the meeting was to formulate a solid welfare plan for the employees.
Jabeen further noted that the institutions develop due to their ideal working environment, merit, transparency, rules, and regulations will be implemented, no one’s rights will be violated, and like and dislike behavior will be discouraged.
The employees hailed the initiative of Executive Director Alhamra Nazia Jabeen as a welcome move for the organization. – PUNA
