According to the sources of Daily Notable, A free medical camp was established by the Pakistan Army for the residents of Chauhan and its neighboring villages on the outskirts of Sheikhupura. Hundreds of people were medically examined and attended by a team doctors and paramedical staff including gynecologists in the medical camp.
Apart from this, doctors specializing in various diseases were also busy in the camp. About 800 patients benefited from the free medical camp. Various tests including ECG were also provided for the patients. The team doctors and paramedical staff also gave awareness lectures on hygiene, balanced diet, prevention and treatment of various diseases including dengue.
People appreciated the actions taken by Pakistan Army for public welfare. The people of Sheikhupura also thanked the Pakistan Army and team of doctors for the free medical camps organized frequently in the rural areas throughout the year.
Free Medical Camps are organized by Pakistan Army to provide modern public health facilities and free medicines to poor and needy people in remote areas. – PUNA
