Swati was guided by the leader to surrender himself under the steady gaze of the court and deal with indictments against him.
Preeminent Court chose Wednesday to lead his preliminary under Article 62(1)(f) of the Constitution.
A three-judge bench, headed by the Chief Justice, heard the suo motu case of the Islamabad IGP’s transfer. The CJP remarked, “We have read Swati’s reply. You (Swati) are a person of authority. Do people in power treat their subordinates like this? Do rulers send women to jail because of issues involving cows?”
He at that point swung to the Islamabad IGP and commented, “You didn’t make any move on this issue.” The IGP reacted, “Move was not made as the case is being heard in court.” The CJP stated, “For what reason don’t we make a precedent out of Swati. Presently the court will lead his preliminary under Article 62(1)(f) of the Constitution.”
He asked the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Amanullah Kinrani, “On whose sake are you showing up (in court) and what is your connection with the case?” Kinrani reacted, “I am here in my own ability as Swati’s previous partner.”
He additionally asked for the court to not direct the government priest’s preliminary under Article 62(1)(f) of the Constitution and said the court ought to excuse him as he has learnt. Notwithstanding, the CJP stated, “He will realize when he is condemned. Let us know would it be a good idea for us to direct the preliminary under Article 62(1)(f) here or would it be a good idea for us to exchange it?”
At this current, Swati’s counsel said the JIT report depends on charges and accordingly a request can’t be led under Article 62(1)(f). The advice included, “There is no case of a preliminary under Article 62(1)(f) based on a JIT report.”

The attorney general informed the court the NAB laws do not apply on Swati. The Chief Justice said, “We will appoint court advisers to investigate (the matter) under Article 62(1)(f).” The court appointed Advocate Khaled Javed Khan and Faisal Siddiqui as court advisers. The hearing was then adjourned till December 24.
A three-judge seat had taken suo motu notice of Islamabad IGP Jan Muhammad’s unexpected exchange a month ago. The IGP was exchanged on October 27 after he declined to make a move on a dissension by the child of Swati in regards to a battle about implied infringement with a family at their farmhouse.
