The hard work of our brilliant building management never ceases and there we go with another illicit building at Band Road, near Ahmad Travels, Data Ganj Baksh Zone. Lahore, the city of gardens is gradually transforming into “the city of illicit projects,” the way no one is taking the required action to eradicate or to halt the corrupt mafia.

I have written about many illicit projects at Data Ganj Baksh zone but to the honor of our active officials, none of the constructions have been halted. This much negligence and poor performance in this critical matter has given rise to a number of question marks.
At first, we used to hear that Pakistan lack affective leadership since Quaid’s death. Then Imran Khan took the charge of Prime Minister. I know the matters are not that easy as they seem but really is this what we strived for?

To the most surprise the illegal constructions are common in the allied areas. It shows that everyone from top to bottom is involved in these projects.

It is the time to think and take necessary action otherwise no one can save itself from consequences. Particularly, I’m writing again and again to wake up the conscience of officials. Maybe someone come in the field to eradicate them. I hope this will bring about some fluctuation.
