The Lahore Press Club Presidential Elections 2023 has been completed. The election day was 25th December 2022.
In this election Pioneer Group has won the elections by clear majority the total number of voters is 1779.
In this election total votes which were casted are 1779 it is first time that all votes were casted.
There were 27 candidates for Governing body, Election was fought on Five major seats for President, Senior Vice President, vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Governing body Members.

01.Azam Chaudhry (President) secured 1167 votes.
02.Shadab Riaz(Senior Vice President) secured 939 votes.
03. Zaheer Ahmed Baber (Vice President) secured 831 votes.
04. Abdul Majeed Sajid (Secretary) secured 1082 votes.
05. Hasan Tamur Ghakar (Joint Secretary) secured 668 votes.
06.Hafiz Faiz Ahmad (Treasurer) secured 895 votes.
07. Muhammad Nawaz Sangra (Governing Body) secured 713 votes.
08. Alia Khan
(Governing body) secured 699 votes.
09. Hafiz Adnan Tariq Lodhi
(Governing body) secured 662 votes.
10. Ahmer Khokhar (Governing Body) secured 660 votes.
11. Mohsin Bilal (Governing Body) secured 589 votes.
12. Asad Jaffri (Governing Body) secured 569 votes.
13. Raza Muhammad Governing Body) secured 538 votes.
14. M. Kaleem (Governing Body) secured 525 votes.
15. Nafees Ahmad Qadri (Governing Body) secured 510 votes.
The main point is that it was first time that Computerized elections were held and it made history, even not a single incident was reported, It is first time that all candidates and voters are happy and I congratulate all the winners and hope that they will do everything in there power for the betterment of Journalists – PUNA
